Pro Comm Inc. started in 1976 by Harold W. Stegman and his wife Nancy J. Stegman. Harold W. Stegman had 20 years of radio experience from his work in the United States Airforce and Cook Communications.

Currently the company specializes in two-way sales and service as a full-line dealership for Motorola radios.
